Individual sessions available for adults aged 18+ in a comfortable environment. Working with a therapist one-to-one is often a first step in sorting through an issue causing distress. See below if you're not sure where to start.
Individual sessions now available by video and/or telephone. In-person appointments are always preferred, however, if there are barriers preventing you from coming in, we can connect by phone.
*Currently available for Ontario, Canada residents only*
I offer a free phone consultation so you can share a bit about why you are seeking therapy, talk about how I can help and have a chance to ask questions before booking your first appointment.
